  • Federal 1040 and 1040SR instruction booklets
  • California 540 booklets and forms
  • California 540EZ booklets with forms
  • California 540NR booklets with forms
  • California 3514 Earned Income Tax Credit booklets with forms
We have received all ordered tax forms for the 2023 tax year. 
Additional forms may be printed out at the library at a cost of 15 cents per page.
